Film was awarded at Filmfest Drezden, March Festival in Belgrade and Festival of Author Film in Belgrade. In 2022, Ranch production completed docu-fiction film Without, directed by Luka Papić, written by Srđa Vučo and Luka Papić, which had its premiere in Vision du Reel Nyon. Our latest documentary, INVOKED, directed by Luka Papić and Srđa Vučo had it’s premiere at IDFA festival in prestigious Envision competition. In 2011. started studies at HFBK Hamburg academy of arts in the film department. In 2016. graduated MFA studies in the class of Angela Schanelec. Received Encouraging New Talent Award grant (support for graduation plans) for the best graduation work of the 2016. at HFBK Hamburg for the short film Grapevines, 2016. During studies Luka was supported by K.H. Ditze grant and Freundeskreis project development fund. Luka is currently living and working in Belgrade. At first, everything goes as Christian imagined. However, a reckless purchase of a horse and misunderstanding of rural economy causes a string of bad decisions that bring Christian on the brink of failure as father and businessman, his horsegroom, war veteran, Vasa on the verge of return to the "Heart of Darkness", and his spoiled son Uli to a series of maturity tests, the last of which is - to kill his beloved horse.
